Toilet Clogs

If your toilet clogs and won't drain properly, you can use a plunger to attempt to dislodge anything that may be stuck in the system. If you don't currently have a plunger, you can normally find one at a local hardware store.

Sink & Drain Clogs

If your sink, bathtub, or shower isn't draining properly, you may have something stuck in the pipe. You can attempt to resolve small clogs by pouring boiling water down the drain; if this doesn't help, you can also buy drain cleaning tools that can pull out anything stuck in the pipe.

Please don't use caustic chemicals to clean your plumbing system, as these could damage the integrity of the pipes. If you're unable to resolve a clog on your own, get in touch with us.

If you lose electrical power in your property...

Before you get in touch with us, call your utility provider. There may be widespread outages impacting your neighborhood, or a billing issue could be at blame.

After speaking with the electrical company, you can contact us if you need additional support.

If you're consistently running out of hot water or you don't have any at all, locate your water heater and check the settings on the tank. Does everything look accurate? Can you reset the system by turning it off and back on again?

Some water heaters also have a pilot light (if powered by natural gas). Is your pilot light lit?

If you make any changes or updates, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again. If you're unsuccessful in resolving the problem on your own, contact us.

If your heat or air conditioning isn't functioning properly, use the central thermostat in your rental property to attempt to troubleshoot the issue. Make sure the system is on and none of the other settings have been accidentally changed.
